Sirène Growth Network Program,
Terms & Conditions.
01. Overview.
The Sirène Growth Network is a referral-based partnership program created by Sirène Media & Strategy.
This program allows approved partners to refer qualified businesses and receive a commission for successful client conversions.
Participation in this program is voluntary and based on mutual trust, alignment and professional conduct.
02. Eligibility & Approval.
Participation in the Sirène Growth Network is subject to approval.
Applicants must:
→ submit a complete application form
→ demonstrate access to relevant business networks
→ align with Sirène’s positioning and values
Sirène reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Only approved applicants are considered official partners.
03. Nature of Relationship.
Partners participate as independent collaborators.
This program does not constitute:
→ employment
→ contractor agreement with fixed obligations
→ partnership or joint venture
→ agency representation
Partners:
→ are not employees of Sirène Media & Strategy
→ are not entitled to salary, benefits or guarantees
→ operate independently
04. Referral Requirements.
Sirène operates on a qualified referral model, not cold lead generation.
Referrals must:
→ be introduced with prior awareness of the client
→ represent real business opportunities
→ involve companies with a clear need for digital marketing services
→ be open to strategic investment
The following are not accepted:
→ cold leads without context
→ unsolicited or mass outreach
→ unqualified contacts
→ spam or automated submissions
Sirène Media & Strategy reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet quality standards.
05. Referral Ownership and Process.
All referred clients are managed exclusively by Sirène.
Partners:
→ do not participate in negotiations
→ do not define pricing or scope
→ do not represent Sirène in contractual discussions
Once a referral is submitted, Sirène assumes full responsibility for:
→ evaluation
→ communication
→ proposal
→ project execution
06. Commission Structure.
Approved partners are eligible to receive a 10% commission based on the type of service contracted by the referred client.
Commission is applied only to qualifying services and specific contract components, as outlined below:
6.1 Website Development
Commission applies to:
→ website creation
→ website redesign or restructuring
→ projects including design, UX and SEO implementation
Commission is calculated on the total value of the website project contract.
Commission does not apply to:
→ ongoing maintenance
→ future updates
→ support or hosting services
6.2 Social Media Management
Commission applies to:
→ the first monthly payment of the service contract
Commission does not apply to:
→ recurring monthly payments
→ renewals or extended contracts
6.3 SEO Services
Includes:
→ SEO audit
→ on-page SEO
→ technical SEO
→ initial SEO setup
Commission applies to:
→ one-time SEO setup projects
Commission does not apply to:
→ ongoing SEO retainers
→ monthly SEO services
6.4 GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Commission applies to:
→ initial GEO strategy and setup contracts
Commission does not apply to:
→ ongoing optimization or monthly services
6.5 Local SEO
Commission applies to:
→ local SEO setup
→ optimization of business listings (Google, Apple, etc.)
Commission does not apply to:
→ ongoing management or maintenance services
6.6 Brand Identity & Design
Commission applies to:
→ full brand identity development
→ visual identity systems
→ logo design and brand guidelines
Commission is calculated on the total value of the brand identity project.
6.7 General Commission Conditions
→ Commission is paid only after the client's payment is received
→ Commission is based on actual revenue received by Sirène
→ If payment is made in installments, commission is paid proportionally
→ Commission applies only to the initial contracted scope
Future services, renewals or additional projects are not included, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
07. Payment Terms.
Commission payments are made:
→ only after the client payment is received by Sirène
→ within a reasonable processing timeframe (typically 5–10 business days)
If the client pays in installments:
→ commission is paid proportionally
→ Payment method will be agreed individually with each partner.
08. No Authority Clause.
Partners are not authorized to:
→ negotiate pricing
→ make formal offers
→ guarantee results
→ represent Sirène legally
→ sign contracts on behalf of Sirène
All commercial and strategic decisions are handled exclusively by Sirène.
09. Partnership Agreement & Onboarding.
Approved partners must:
→ Accept these Terms & Conditions
→ Complete a 60-minute onboarding session
The onboarding covers:
→ how to identify qualified referrals
→ how to introduce Sirène
→ how the referral process works
Only after onboarding is completed, the partner is considered active.
10. Confidentiality.
Partners agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
→ client information
→ pricing structures
→ internal processes
Information shared during onboarding or collaboration must not be disclosed without consent.
11. Program Integrity.
To protect the network, partners must:
→ act in good faith
→ avoid misleading communication
→ respect Sirène’s brand positioning
→ maintain professionalism in all interactions
Any misuse may result in removal from the program.
12. Termination.
Sirène reserves the right to:
→ terminate participation at any time
→ revoke partner status without prior notice
Partners may also leave the program at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability.
Sirène is not responsible for:
→ unsuccessful referrals
→ business outcomes beyond agreed services
→ indirect or speculative losses
Participation in the program is at the partner’s own discretion.
14. Jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sirène operates: British Columbia, Canada.
For international partners, participation is considered global and non-exclusive.
15. Updates to Terms.
Sirène reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Partners will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
16. Final Statement.
By participating in the Sirène Growth Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
